GOODS:

• Please do not remove the labels on our products or copy our recipes, we have spent a very long time developing our recipes and will seek action to protect them. When you order, you are agreeing not to reproduce, copy or resell our products

• Helpmeorganics reserves the right to amend the specification of Goods if required by any applicable legal or regulatory requirements. If such amendments will materially change the nature or quality of the Goods, the Supplier shall notify the Customer who may then cancel the order.

• Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

• Orders placed via our website or by telephone create a “contract”. We will process your order within 3 working days, if there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will receive a notification of the order despatch.

• We do not hold your payment information. We use Stripe and Paypal to process your orders. Please refer to their privacy policy here.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per business or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by, or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

CONDITIONS FOR THERAPY USE:

• Please always complete a client consultation form including their medical, allergy and medication history. Helpmeorganics is not to be held responsible if this consultation does not happen. Always perform an allergy skin test 48 hours before the commencement of a massage.

• Our scented massage oils and essential oil blends are not suitable for use during pregnancy or for certain medical ailments and during cancer treatment.

• Please never leave a lit candle unattended, near flammable surfaces and materials or with the possibility of falling. Helpmeorganics will not be held responsible for any damage.

• We are very happy to work with you to develop your business, please ask us for posters, literature. We are happy for you to use our images or provide images for you to use.
