Christmas Gift Guide 2021 - Part One
With Christmas just weeks away, we wanted to showcase our products to help you find the perfect gifts for your family and friends.
Welcome to “help me have a mindful of calm” , we have blended Frankincense, Geranium Bourbon and Lavender to help you to relax and let go of feeling anxious. If you are looking for a gift for someone who is stressed, overwhelmed and struggles with their mental health, this blend is perfect to bring a little calmness. We love yoga and meditating and have the essential oil blend diffusing in the room whilst we practise our breathing and stretching, the oils help to quieten the mind, you could treat them to The Little Box of Essence which features the 10ml Mindful blend and an aromstone, the perfect partner to diffuse the oil.
How lovely would it feel to give someone the gift of feeling happy. We have blended uplifting, positive essential oils of Rosemary, Sweet Orange, Frankincense and Cedarwood in our products to improve the feeling of wellbeing. If you are looking for stocking filler ideas, try adding one of the room sprays which add an instant burst of fragrance to any room or one of the hand poured soy candles . If you are looking for a gift for someone who loves to soak in the bath, our Bath Time Bliss gift box is perfect to make them feel pampered
Winter is a time for sinus congestion, coughs and colds. This winter, we have Covid and Flu season to contend with, yes please keep wearing your face masks, washing your hands and getting as much fresh air as possible but you can bring antibacterial, antiviral and antiseptic essential oils into your home and workplace. We have blended oils with powerful therapeutic properties to help clear your sinuses and help to fight off bacterial infections. If you are looking for a gift for anyone at university, or who struggles with repeated infections, buy them one of our “under the weather” products. We recommend The Little Box of Essence which has a 10ml blend and an aromastone which requires no water or electric to diffuse the oils, perfect for student accommodation or offices.
Christmas is such a wonderful time, I love the build up with all the lights and music but my favourite part is the scents. Fill your home with the spicy comforting scents of our winter blend, perfect for Christmas and Winter too. Protective, antibacterial, soothing and warming oils used in all of our “say hello to winter” products. If you are looking for a secret santa gift, have a look at our Mini Reed Diffuser and Mini Soy Candle gift boxes, filled with four smaller versions, packaged in silver boxes. Keep a Christmas room spray near your front door, then when visitors call, one burst will create a wonderful inviting scent to welcome them.

Our final thoughts on November…..
Please remember to double check all bonfires for sleeping hedgehogs and only light one side so any creature can escape, lots of supermarkets are now only stocking silent fireworks which is marvellous. Please enjoy Bonfire Night safely.
The leaves are falling from the trees in great numbers now. For gardeners, leaves make leave mould or gardeners gold! Simply gather them up and place them in an aerated bag, leave them in a corner and come spring you will have the best compost there is. But please leave lots of leaves on the soil for worms to take underground, this too fertilises the soil. Leave some leaves in corners of the garden for hedgehogs, frogs and newts to use as a big duvet for winter, dont cut back all the seedheads as ladybirds sleep the winter through. They look gorgeous on a frosty morning! The main job to do this time of year in the garden is to feed the birds and most important of all, keep a clean water supply for all creatures. Some up high for the birds but also some on the ground for badgers etc. Winter is a time for the gardener to leave the garden to be quiet for all the mammals sleeping. Dont remove nettles as they will have butterfly eggs on ready for spring. Just say “goodnight” and walk away from tidying.
